Which callback address do I give GitLab?

<Astrolabe address>/api/auth/gitlab/handler/frame. Leave Callback URL empty in Astrolabe: it uses this address.

Does it work with a GitLab I run myself?

Yes. Write its full address in GitLab URL, with https://, for example https://gitlab.exemple.com. Leave it empty for gitlab.com.

Where do I read the Application ID again?

In Administration › Authentication, in Configure on the GitLab card. The secret is hidden there.
