Use this documentation with your AI assistant
Your assistant (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex…) can configure Astrolabe with you, write the
catalog-info.yaml of a component, and explain a message of the screen. It reads this
documentation, not what it believes it knows.
🤖 Install the Astrolabe skills
-
Open a terminal in the repository you work on.
-
Run the command of your assistant.
With Claude Code:
npx skills add https://doc.forgeit.fr -a claude-code -s '*' -yWith Cursor:
npx skills add https://doc.forgeit.fr -a cursor -s '*' -yThe command ends with Done! and lists the three skills it installed:
| Skill | What your assistant does with it |
|---|---|
| astrolabe-configure | Connects a tool, a catalog source or a sign-in provider, step by step |
| astrolabe-annotate | Writes the annotations that show a tab on a component |
| astrolabe-troubleshoot | Finds the cause of a message you see on the screen, and the fix |
✅ That's it!
📄 Give a page to your assistant
Every page of this documentation also exists as plain Markdown: add .md at the end of its
address. The map of all pages is https://doc.forgeit.fr/llms.txt, and every page in one file is
https://doc.forgeit.fr/llms-full.txt.
Ask your assistant to read the page first: « Read the Argo CD pages of the Astrolabe documentation, then add the integration with me. »
