Is there an Azure DevOps tab on my components?

No. The integration feeds the Azure DevOps cards of My Dashboards. The Azure tab of a component is a different integration, for Azure cloud resources and costs: see Azure Cloud.

Why does a card say "Your Azure DevOps account is not connected."?

Because the card shows what your own Azure DevOps account sees. The company token does not serve it. Click Connect my Azure DevOps account in the card.

In My Account › My accounts, on the Azure DevOps card, with a Connect button.
