Common problems with the Microsoft sign-in

What you see	What to do
On the sign-in page, Continue with Microsoft is greyed and the page says Sign-in disabled: license is not active	The instance has no active license. Sign in with your username and password, then go to Administration › Licensing.
In Administration, a banner No license configured. The application still works; licensed features are limited.	Click Configure the license.
