Which redirect URL do I declare in Microsoft Entra ID?

The address of your Astrolabe followed by /api/auth/microsoft/handler/frame. The ? next to Client ID, in the Configure Azure window, says the same.

Why is the button "Continue with Microsoft" greyed?

Because the instance has no active license: the page says Sign-in disabled: license is not active. See Administration › Licensing.

What is the Domain Hint for?

To skip Microsoft's account picker: write your organization's domain, for example exemple.com. The field is optional.
