Which callback address do I give GitHub?

<Astrolabe address>/api/auth/github/handler/frame. Leave Callback URL empty in Astrolabe: it uses this address.

Does it work with GitHub Enterprise?

The form has an Entreprise Instance URL field for it: write the full address of your GitHub Enterprise, with https://. Leave it empty for github.com.

Where do I read the Client ID again?

In Administration › Authentication, in Configure on the GitHub card. The secret is hidden there: next to it, Replace lets you enter a new one.
