Common problems with General settings

What you see	What to do
A field is greyed out, with Defined by the config file … — edit it there	The value comes from a configuration file. Ask the person who installed your Astrolabe.
The banner The configuration has changed.	Click Reload.
The mail server does not offer an encrypted connection when you ask for a password reset	The mail server must offer a secure connection (STARTTLS), usually on port 587. On the Mail server tab, check Host and Port, then click Save. See Common problems with sign-in.
