Set the documentation address

Next to the name of each plugin, integration, catalog source and dashboard card, a ? opens its page of this documentation, in a new tab, in the language of the interface. By default, it leads to ForgeIT's documentation site. Change it only if your company publishes the documentation at another address.

You do it as an administrator.

🔗 Set the address​

  1. In the left sidebar, at the bottom, click Administration. The General page opens.

  2. At the top of the page, click the Documentation tab.

  3. In Base URL, enter the address of the documentation site, without a path.

  4. Click Save. The message Settings saved. appears at the bottom left of the screen and goes away by itself.

Every ? now leads to your site. For example, the ? of Compass in Administration › Plugins opens https://docs.example.com/docs/core-features/compass/turn-on-compass.

✅ That's it!

To go back to ForgeIT's site, empty Base URL, then click Save.
