Common problems with Azure Cloud

When you add the integration

What you see	What to do
Under a field: Tenant ID is required.	The field is empty. Fill all four values.
login.microsoftonline.com refused the credentials (401). Check the token, and that it has not expired. Fix the field above, or save anyway if the source is only unreachable for now.	The tenant, the client ID or the client secret is wrong, or the secret has expired. Copy the secret's Value again, or create a new secret.
management.azure.com answered something unexpected (400). Check the host and the API URL. Fix the field above, or save anyway if the source is only unreachable for now.	The Subscription ID is not one the service principal can read. Copy it from Subscriptions.

On a component

What you see	What to do
No Azure tab	Add the azure.com/tag-selector annotation and turn on Azure in Administration › Plugins. See Show Azure on a component.
The Azure card of Plugins says Configure the Azure integration first	Add the Azure Cloud integration.
No resource carries the tag app=shop-api.	No resource of the subscription carries this tag. Compare the annotation with the tags in the Azure portal.

On your dashboard

What you see	What to do
The source azureCloud is missing from Add a card	The integration is not configured. Add it.
Under the field tag of the form, when you add the card: The tag "foo" is not written key=value (for example app=shop-api), with letters, digits and _ . : / @ + - only.	Write the tag as key=value, for example app=shop-api, or leave the field empty for the whole subscription. Astrolabe refuses the card until the tag is right.
Nothing here yet and Azure reports no cost this month, for the subscription or for the resources carrying the tag this card names.	No resource carries the tag you wrote in the card.
