Add the Azure costs card to your dashboard

The Azure costs this month card shows the costs of the month so far, service by service, for the whole subscription or for the resources that carry a tag.

➕ Add the card

  1. In the left sidebar, click My Dashboards, then the tab of the dashboard you want.

  2. Click Add a card, at the top of the page.

  3. In Add a card, pick Source azureCloud. The Key is Azure costs this month.

  4. In tag, write a tag key=value such as app=shop-api to keep only the resources that carry it. Leave it empty for the whole subscription.

  5. Enter a Card Name, then click Add.

The azureCloud source is missing?

It is only offered once the administrator has added the Azure Cloud integration.

What the card shows

A table with one row per service and the columns Service, Cost, Last Month and Share. The amounts are in the currency of the subscription, for example 24.00 EUR.

With a tag that no resource carries, the card says Nothing here yet and Azure reports no cost this month, for the subscription or for the resources carrying the tag this card names.

✅ That's it!
