Can one component show several applications, one per environment?​

argocd/app-name names one application. Give each environment its own component in the catalog, each with its own argocd/app-name: the Argo CD tab of each component shows its application.

Why doesn't my dashboard card list every application of Argo CD?​

On purpose. The card lists the applications named by a component of the catalog. An application that no component names does not appear.

Does the card list only the applications of my components?​

No: it lists those of every component of the catalog. Filter the column Mine to keep yours: see Keep only your rows.

Which token rights does Astrolabe need?​

Read access to applications (applications, get). Astrolabe never writes to Argo CD. Don't give it an administrator token: every Astrolabe user reads Argo CD through it.
