Change or remove a card

✏️ Change a card

  1. On My Dashboards, open the tab of the dashboard.

  2. On the card, click the More button, always visible in the top right corner of the card. A menu offers Refresh, Edit and Delete.

  3. Click Edit. The window Edit Card has three tabs:

    TabWhat you do
GeneralChoose an icon with Select an icon, and change the Card Name.
ColumnsUnder Select columns to display, untick a column to hide it, tick it to show it.
FiltersSee, for each column, the values the card shows, and remove the ones you do not want: see Keep only your rows.
  4. Click Save.

🔎 Keep only your rows

A card shows everything your account can see. Some tables have a column that tells whether a row is yours: My role on the pull request cards (Author, Reviewer… or None), Mine on the cards that list components (Mine or Others). You keep your rows by removing the other values of that column.

  1. On My Dashboards, open the tab of the dashboard.

  2. On the Pull requests card, click More, then Edit.

  3. Open the Filters tab. Under Configure columns data, each column lists the values the card holds. Under my role, you read None and Author.

  4. Click the cross of None (Remove filter None). Only Author stays.

  5. Click Save in the window.

The card now lists only the pull requests where you are the author. The filter is saved with the card: you find it again after reloading the page. In the Filters tab, Reset under a column puts all its values back.

🔄 Read the source again

On the card, click More, then Refresh. The card reads its source again: see Read a card's source again.

🗑️ Remove a card

  1. On the card, click More, then Delete.

The card goes away at once, without a question. To put it on another dashboard instead, see Arrange your cards.

✅ That's it!
