Rename a dashboard

🔧 Rename it​

Use the way you prefer. All three open the name in edit mode.

  • Double-click the tab.
  • Click the tab, then press F2.
  • Click the options button of the dashboard (Options of the dashboard and its name, next to +), then Rename.

Then type the new name and press Enter. Press Escape to keep the old name.

The refusals are the ones of Create a dashboard: a name of 1 to 60 characters, and no two dashboards with the same name.

Your role needs the Orion-dashboard permission dashboard.update. Without it, Rename shows a padlock. Hover it: the tooltip says Your role can't edit dashboards. Ask an administrator.
