Add Atlassian

You give Astrolabe the Atlassian app you created. Atlassian then appears in Administration › Authentication as an active provider.

You do it once, as an administrator.

Before you start

You need the Client ID and the Secret of an Atlassian OAuth 2.0 app: see Create the Atlassian OAuth 2.0 app.

🔧 Turn Atlassian on

1. In the left sidebar, at the bottom, click Administration.

2. Under PLATFORM, click Authentication.

3. On the Atlassian card, turn on the switch at the top right. The window Configure Atlassian opens.

4. Fill in the form:

   Field	What to enter	Example
   Client ID	The Client ID of the app
   Client Secret	Its Secret
   Scope	The scopes, separated by spaces	offline_access read:jira-work read:jira-user

   The three fields are marked (Required).

5. Click Install. The screen says The configuration has changed; the server is restarting. Wait a few seconds.

The Atlassian card is now among the active providers at the top of the list, its switch is on, and it has a Configure button.

🔄 Change or remove Atlassian

1. On the Atlassian card, click Configure.

2. To change a value, edit the field. To change the secret, click Replace next to Client Secret. Click Update Configuration.

3. To remove Atlassian, click Uninstall.
