Which token?

A SonarQube User Token, of a user with the Browse permission on your projects. See Create a SonarQube token.

Who sees the code quality?

Anyone who can open the component. Astrolabe reads SonarQube with the token of the integration, the same for every reader.

I have several SonarQube. How does a component pick one?

By the start of its annotation: sonarqube.org/project-key: prod/acme-shop-api reads the project acme-shop-api from the integration whose SonarQube instance key is prod. See Show SonarQube on a component.

Does it work with SonarQube Cloud?

Yes: enter https://sonarcloud.io in SonarQube base URL.

Does Compass use the same integration?

Yes. Compass reads the same integrations and the same annotation.
