Common problems with Bitbucket Server

When you add the integration

Bitbucket Server host is required.	Fill in Bitbucket Server host, for example bitbucket.example.com.
No server answers to the name bitbucket.example.com. Check its spelling against the address you open in your browser. If it is right, Astrolabe cannot see this server: tell your company's Astrolabe administrator. Fix the field above, or save anyway if the source is only unreachable for now.	Copy the address you open in your browser into Bitbucket Server host, without https://. If it is right, your Bitbucket Server is not reachable from Astrolabe.
example.com answered « not found » (404). Check the host and the API URL. Fix the field above, or save anyway if the source is only unreachable for now.	The host answers, but it is not a Bitbucket Server. Check Bitbucket Server host, and API Base URL under Optional settings.

The form also offers Save anyway, to keep the token when the server is only unreachable for now.

After you add it

Administration › Problems lists what does not work, with a Fix it button.

In the token list, in State, the message No server answers to the name bitbucket.example.com. Check its spelling against the address you open in your browser. If it is right, Astrolabe cannot see this server: tell your company's Astrolabe administrator.	Edit the token and fix the host.
In Administration › Problems, a Company connection line Bitbucket Server with the same message	Click Fix it: it opens the integration.
