Add the Deployments card to your dashboard

The Deployments card lists the version deployed on each environment for the components of the catalog, on My Dashboards.

Before you start​

Deployments is turned on in Administration › Plugins. Until then, the source astrolabe is not offered in Add a card. See Turn on a plugin.

What it shows, and to whom​

One line per component of the catalog: Name, Owner, Mine, then one column per environment (for example Production and Staging) with the version deployed there. Mine says Mine or Others: to keep only your components, filter on it and save the filter with the card, see Keep only your rows.

A card with versions in it was not checked on a live instance.

A card with nothing to show says Nothing here yet and why: No deployment is recorded yet for a component of the catalog. Click Learn more under the sentence to come back to this page.

The versions come from the source chosen in the Deployments settings: see See the versions deployed.

➕ Add the card​

  1. In the left sidebar, click My Dashboards, then the tab of the dashboard you want.

  2. Click Add a card, at the top of the page.

  3. In Add a card, choose Source astrolabe and Key Deployments. The line under the key reads Deployed versions per component by environment.

  4. Type a Card Name, for example Versions per environment, then click Add.

A card too narrow?

Click Arrange, drag the corner at the bottom right of the card to widen it, and click Done. The columns of the environments then show their full name.
