Add the Bitbucket Cloud integration

The integration gives Astrolabe the email and the token of a Bitbucket Cloud account. The card of Administration › Company connections describes it as Repositories and catalog entities from Bitbucket Cloud.

You do it once, as an administrator.

Before you start

You need the email address of an Atlassian account, and a token of that account with read access to the repositories. In Bitbucket, you create it under Personal settings. This step was not checked on a live instance.

🔧 Add the integration

1. In the left sidebar, at the bottom, click Administration.

2. Under PLATFORM, click Company connections.

3. On the Bitbucket Cloud card, click Configure.

4. Top right, click Add Token.

5. Fill in the form:

   Field	What to enter	Example
   Email	The email address of the Atlassian account the token belongs to	dev@example.com
   Token	An API token (or app password) of that account, with read access to the repositories

6. Click Test connection.

7. Click Add. The form warns: The instance will restart after confirmation. Wait a few seconds.

The token is in the list. This step was not checked on a live instance with a working token.

The optional setting

Under Optional settings, Name is the label shown in the token list. It is already filled with Bitbucket Cloud.
