Common problems with the Problems page

What you see	What to do
No server answers to the name jenkins.acme.example. Check its spelling against the address you open in your browser.	Click Fix it and correct the address of the server: the one you open in your browser, without https://.
The last collection failed (404). Run it again from the Catalog screen.	Click Fix it. On Administration › Catalog, check the Group of the provider, then run the collection again.
The collection failed for a reason Astrolabe could not identify. Run it again; if it fails again, tell your company's Astrolabe administrator.	In Administration › Catalog, click the run button of the provider (Run the GitLab collection now for GitLab).
2 components name an owner missing from the catalog: group:gitlab/does-not-exist.	The owner written in their catalog-info.yaml is not in the catalog. Follow Fix a component whose owner is not found.
