Licensing FAQ

What does the line "No license configured." mean?​

Astrolabe has no valid license key. The line at the top of every page names what is limited: Without one, Grafana, Polaris, LaunchDarkly cannot be switched on, and only the Astrolabe account can sign in. Click Configure the license: see What a license unlocks, then Add your license.

Can I use a plugin without a license?​

Yes, unless its card in Administration › Plugins shows Requires the Premium license. The list is in What a license unlocks.

What are the tabs of Administration › Licensing?​

Overview, Users and Access Requests. Without a license, Overview says No valid license has been configured for this application.

How do I renew?​

Add the new key the same way: Add New License. It replaces the old one.
