If I enter one organization, are all its repositories imported?​

Every repository that has a catalog-info.yaml file, and that your filters let through. A repository without the file adds nothing.

Are the users and teams of my organization imported?​

Yes, when Import GitHub members and teams is ticked on the GitHub card. See Import your GitHub repositories.

Can I import several organizations?​

The GitHub card takes one Organization. For a component of another organization, use Register an existing component in Catalog: see Show the GitHub tab.

How do I read only a few repositories?​

Write a Repository Regex that matches their names, for example ^(shop-api|shop-web)$.

How often does the catalog read GitHub?​

Every 30 minutes. To read it now, click Run the GitHub collection now in Administration › Catalog.

If I leave Branch empty, does it read every branch?​

No. Each repository is read on its default branch, and only on it.

Does the GitHub tab appear on the imported components?​

Yes, when their catalog-info.yaml carries the github.com/project-slug annotation. See Show the GitHub tab.
