Add entries to the radar
An entry is one technology on the radar: a library, a platform, a practice, a tool.
Before you start
You need to be an administrator, and the rings exist (Turn on Tech Atlas).
➕ Add an entry
-
In Administration, under INTELLIGENCE, click Tech Atlas. The Entries tab opens.
-
Click Add Entry.
-
Fill in the form:

Click Add. The entry is in the table, with its Current Ring and Last Updated.
The Quadrant and Ring lists above the table keep the entries you want to see.
🕒 Move an entry to another ring
An entry keeps a history: each change of ring is a snapshot.
-
On the row of the entry, click the clock icon (Manage timeline for the entry). The window Timeline lists the snapshots.
-
Click Add snapshot.
-
Choose the new Ring, the Date, and the Movement (Moved out, No change or Moved in). Add a Description if you want to say why.
-
Click Confirm. Snapshot added appears, and the radar shows the entry in its new ring.
✅ That's it!
