Common problems with Polaris

What you see	What to do
No Polaris in the left sidebar	An administrator turns on Enable Polaris in Administration › Plugins: Turn on Polaris.
On the Polaris page: Polaris is not configured yet This plugin is running but has nothing to show until it is configured from the administration. Missing or invalid: IP address, Token	Click Open the Polaris settings, fill in IP address and Token, click Save, then Reload.
A message Polaris could not answer. Try again in a moment. and your question back in the field	Polaris cannot reach its AI server. Try again in a moment. If it keeps happening, ask your administrator to check IP address and Token in Administration › Plugins › Polaris › Configure.
