Which permissions does the app registration need?​

The application permissions User.Read.All and GroupMember.Read.All, with admin consent. Astrolabe only reads.

Is this the same app registration as the Microsoft sign-in?​

The form of the sign-in asks for the same three values (tenant, client ID, client secret). See Microsoft sign-in.

How do I change the secret?​

On Administration › Catalog, click Configure on the Microsoft Graph card. Next to Client Secret, click Replace, paste the new Value, then click Update Configuration.

Where do I see that a collection failed?​

In Administration › Problems, under Catalog collection, and in the Catalog collection table of Administration › Catalog.
