Common problems with Cost Insights

What you see	What to do
The Configure button of the Cost Insights card is greyed out	Turn on the switch of the card first.
Cost Insights is not configured yet in the Costs tab of a component, with Missing or invalid: Account ID, Region	Click Open the Cost Insights settings and fill in Account ID and Region.
Still waiting for: Account ID, Region at the top of the settings	Fill in Account ID and Region, then click Save.
Cost Insights: Switched on, but not configured yet. in Administration › Problems	Click Fix it, then Configure on the Cost Insights card, fill in Account ID and Region, and click Save. Go back to Problems and click Check again.
Needs configuration on the Cost Insights card	Click Configure, fill in Account ID and Region, then click Save.
