What does Search by name look at?

Only the name. A word of the description, a tag or the owner is not searched: use Filters for those.

Where do I see the members of a team?

Open the Groups tab, click the team, and read members on its page: see See a group and its members.

Why do I see fewer rows than I expect?

A filter is still on: an owner, a lifecycle, a tag, Starred, or a name in Search by name. Open Filters and remove it, and clear the search field.

How do I find the documentation of a component?

Open the component and click its Docs tab, or click Documentation in the left sidebar: see Read the documentation of a component.

Why are Edit and Unregister entity greyed out?

Your role does not let you change or remove a component. You see them on the page of a component (Edit in the About card, Unregister entity in its more menu) and in More actions on a row of the list. You can still open it, star it and watch it.

Where is a component that nobody listed yet?

It is added to the catalog by registering its catalog-info.yaml file.
